USB connect shows up and I don't know what to do

if you have tried to connect the controller using the usb and that didn't fix it try to rest your controller and reprogram it for your system make sure it is fully charged

do you have the program needed to get what you have on your flash drive? If you don't have a photo program or pdf program or what ever to open it, it won't work. try connecting something else that uses USB port to it and see if that works, then you will know if its a program problem or your computer. if its the computer, you can replace it.

So why won't it accept the printer? Is the printer and your operating system on the computer compatible? Did you install the printer and drivers? Are you sure the USB Port works?
Have you tried a different USB Port?

Click Start/Control Panel and look for Printers. Open it and make sure you don't have more than one instance of the printer installed. If you do, then you're confusing the computer. You can also check to see if more than one of the same printer is installed by opening a word document, then click File, then Print, and when the print window opens up click the Down Arrow on the line that shows the printer name. This will show you all other installed printers.

Every mobile phone which has the USB connectivity option gets charged when plugged in... so sometimes even if u dont have the Mobile charger dont panic, find a computer and plug in the USB... not only micromax x225 mobile but, there are almost 80% mobiles which charge by connecting it to pc. Only nokia phones don't get charged. it is a good feature don't worry

solution :
1. Uninstall driver printer and remove Printer USB cable from computer. After uninstall finish, restart printer.
2. Reinstall driver printer (don't connect printer USB cable to computer). Wait for the install process, until message "connect a printer USB cable to computer". After message appear, connect printer USB cable to computer.
3. Wait process install finish and try to print.

Try using another USB cord. Sometimes, the problem is from the USB cord which connect the pc to th phone.

When your MP3 is connected to the PC.
Click start -> Right-click 'My Computer' -> Properties -> Device Manager and your MP3 may show up with a yellow exclamation mark next to it on this window. Right click it and select 'Update Drivers'. Click next, Tick the option 'Let me choose driver...' then choose USB Mass Storage Device and click next and it should work.

Other than that try opening Windows Media Player, if you don't have it installed you can download it here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/windows-media-player

It might show up in there.

If you are trying to capture from a digital camcorder (tape), you have to use a firewire connection, USB does not work as stated in requirements.
Adding to what Walt said, firewire cables don't connect to a USB port. If you don't have a firewire cable, you need to purchase one. And if you do, don't buy a cheap one. Buy cheap, buy twice.
