Question about Cell Phones
If it's playing up like that the first thing to do is check that
a) You have the latest version of ITunes
b) You have the latest firmware on your handset (tells you when you sync with Itunes)
c) Go through troubleshooting guide > http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/troubleshooting/phone/
Give it a few days after this and if it still plays up take it back. The above steps are what they will tell you to do anyway
