Question about Brother MFC-9420CN All-In-One Laser Printer
I manually refilled my cartridges and when printing there was grey smudging on the pages. I thought maybe I overfilled the black cartridge, because when I take it out and tip it black toner falls out. On the color cartridges this does not happen.
Now the grey smudging seems to be gone but there are faint balck and color dashes horizontally on the top of page and middle of page.
How can I fix this?
Your problem lies with the fact that you manually refilled your cartridges. This is not recommended by any technician I know and your solution is in the replacement of all your cartridges with genuine brother consumables. It is going to be expencive, but it is the only real solution.
