My laptop MX6025 crash. I was able to reinstall everything except the sound. tried downloading all drivers but still no sound

How do I send my Gateway product for service and repair?
You must contact a Gateway technician for authorization to send in a Gateway product for all in or out of warranty repairs. Upon exhausting troubleshooting resources, the technician will determine if a product requires service.
