My Dog ate the cushions off my Headset the other Night; I called Razer to see if they sell Replacement Headset cushions and to my surprise they didnt. Actually they should; since it is recommended to always change the cushions on all headsets 6months to a year. Anyway Im having a hard time finding replacement cushions which are 3" Round. My ear is really hurting every night after raiding; so would love it if you could recommend a company that sells replacement ear cushions; founds lots myself; but none that are 3" round. Dont really want cheapy ones either.

that logitech "G540" model does'nt exist. it could be "F540".
from the logitech support site: "Since the F540 is not designed as a USB audio device for PCs, not all system-based functions may work correctly.", "You'll have to select the F540 as a USB audio device for input and output within your operating system.".
Have you tried directly with the 3,5 cable? it work? wich o.s. are you using? do you select the audio device as audio input/output in windows sound setup? eventually disable all the audio devices except the headset one.
if none of that works and the product is under warranty i suggest to contact the customer care. in case you can try to sell it to a PS3 owner. bye
This is going to sound really stupid, but if I was just having the exact same problem as you. I launched the Razer Synapse 2.0 program and save that my up key had a macro that did nothing. Once I changed that back to the default single up key function, it seems to be working fine.
yes, the parts quality of mouse, is now apreciated. Maybe is low quality China Model, dont expect much. So my experience, recomends Microsoft Mouses and Keyboards, It´s more expensive, or less design, but works all days, year after year, is good hardware, no question
its either the contact for buttons and mouse have worn, or the wiring into mouse has became damaged try holding the wire sharply one way to see if it makes differnce, really aint much you can do here other than find is it break in wire or is it contact s to buttons damaged.
can't say if your issue is exactly the same as the one i had but my razer diamondback kept cutting out just like how you said, i fixed it by taking it apart and replacing the cable with one from an old dell optical mouse i had knocking around. inside the mouse is a small plastic plug with 5 wires attatched i had to rearrange the wires going into the plug by removing the spades and swapping them around so they matched the original plug.
i found the best way to remove the spades is to get a fine pin or needle and lift the little bit of plastic holding them in, if you do this right they will slide out effortlessly, make sure when you rearange the wires that they're put in the same way as the cable you are replacing else it may not work properly.
put the mouse back together and plug in and it should be fine, it took me 10 mins to do this to my diamondback and its working like new again.
I am looking for a replacement transmitter for the Saitek a350, mine has worn through the cable as a result of it dangling from my ipod (duh). I learned my lesson, does anyone want to sell their transmitter? Apengineer @ yahoo wants to know if you do.
