Good Evening Norton Brent:

Check to be sure that you have not pressed a mute button.

Download the latest drivers for your specific microphone.

Uninstall and reinstall the software for your microphone (I don't know the brand or whether it came with the computer or not. Therefore, I can only offer general solutions.

But, I hope that this has be of assistance to you.
