Is there an auto adjust option on the monitor menu? If so, use it. Also, make sure your screen resolution is set to 1024x768 at least.

32" scene picture is 19" rest the scene is black

As per the operator manual in the case of the picture not showing up correctly, begin by pressing the "PICTURE SIZE" button several times to cycle through the various size options (sounds like you have tried this though). Next, press the power button first
to see if it fixes the issue... if not, then press this sequence of buttoms on the remote control (6 buttons in this sequence):
"SLEEP", "PICTURE SIZE", "[right arrow]", "[up arrow]", "[down arrow]", "[pwr button]". This restores the default screen size settings.

I am not sure how you are using your monitor (TV, HDMI, Composite, PC Monitor, etc.. ). That would be very helpful.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest downloading the service manual from this link to work through the advanced troubleshooting flowchart... They point to a reinitialization of the basic functions (reset the TV to factory defaults) through the initialization process. I have worked on a number of this model, and have almost always found it is settings which have been inadvertantly mis-adjusted while tweaking preferences or the last settings of the operation since it will always go back to the last way it was setup when you power it up (no matter what modality was in use last time.. eg. 480i in PC or DVD operation changed to HDTV next time). Remember the HD 16:9 screen is nearly twice as long as the old 4:3 screens, as well as having nearly twice the vertical pixels... Thisis what it sounds like in your case with the 19" screen to me.. Let me know if this helps...

When I maximize my document, it is bigger than the screen

Have you tried adjusting the screen properties via Windows? maybe changing the resolution will fix it, and you can adjust the physical screen size too.

My monitor changes colors (e.g. normal then turns

Color changes on the display mostly occurs because of a faulty VGA cable or a loose connection of the cable to the VGA port at the back of your PC or Monitor. But if the cable is fixed securely at the back and the problem still persists, slightly move the cable's wire segment while observing its reaction on your monitor. Does it change colors while u do so? If it does even when the cable is securely plugged in to both the PC and the monitor, then u need to change the cable.
As for the visible display area size (technically called the Resolution) right click on an icon free area on the desktop and click Properties. At the top of the form click on the Settings tab. At the bottom of this form find Screen Resolution and adjust it to it your requirements and click Apply. On the confirmation dialogue that pops up click Yes if the displayed resolution suits u otherwise click No and try another resolution size. Hope this helps.

Text size on screen too small

Have you tried this? In Internet Explorer, use View > Text Size to alter. Also, if you use a scroll mouse, it is possible for that to adjust your size (by holding down the Ctrl button while scrolling up or down).

With your work sheet opened (reduce its size by clicking once on the Square in the right hand corner of the page, just make it a bit smaller than your screen), than left click & hold drag it to the second monitor. Once there you can maximize the page to fill the screen.
If you post back with your video adapter information I may be able to help with other settings for your video card. You can find this information by opening control panel, open System. Your display window will open. Click on the settings tab. Than click the Advanced button. Click the Adapter tab in the next window.
Your Adapter Information is listed there.

Godd Luck!

Window screen problem

I'm guessing you may need to download the proper software and drivers for this monitor. Have you always had this problem and now want to change it? Try this website: http://static.tigerdirect.com/pdf/samsung-206bw-manual.pdf
