Question about Sony Ericsson K550i Cellular Phone

1 Answer

No information re calls

When receiving calls if I miss the call it shows up 'missed call' but when I try to find out who it then says 'no missed call'. I have no registration of anything, no indication of who called me, who I called etc. a friend advised I update by attaching my phone to computer but dont know who to go to and whether I can get it free.

I also have the similar problem. The call log ( received, answered or missed) doesn't show up in log. My cell phone model is K550i which I biught almost 18 months ago. This problem occured all of a sudden, when I was talking and the phone got switched off, later onwards, I am having this problem. I am thinking of going to nearest dealer to get the S/W re-loaded. Appreciate anyone gives a s/w patch to this problem.

Hello iavinchow,

I am not sure if You have solved the problem yet, but I will answer it so other other people might find it helpful.

All you have to do to check your missed calls in your HTC, is simply pressing the small silver button (edit button) and simply checking first choice from the right (Call History) and that's it!

Not showing letest call(received, missed call, answered, dialed or all) history

Hi,

I would try a master reset again and if that doesn't help. Try updating your phone's software with the Sony Ericsson update service....which is free.
