Start playing a Wii game. In order to reset the Wii and go back to the main Wii menu, you have to be playing a video game. Click on the game you want to play and allow it to boot up. Once you are done playing the game, you can reset your Wii.
2
Press the "Home" Button. Located on the Wii Remote, it is a button between the "+" and "-" button with a picture of a house on it. This will bring you to a menu that allows you to reset the video game that you are playing. You can only access this menu when you are playing a game.

Press the button on the actual Wii. You may have to reset your Wii from the button on the system if your Wii Remote is out of batteries. Simply go up to your Wii and find the button that is nearest to the top of the system. It will be the button that is lit up. Press the button and your Wii will reset.
The problem is in social media sharing/accounts kind a thing.. i contacted netflix support and they send me a URL: to disconnect my facebook sharing option, on my netflix account. And now everything works again...
How to get Netflix to work on a Wii

2.) press "A" (or any button to get to the wii menu)
3.) on the Wii menu, go to the bottom-left of the screen
4.) click "A" on the word "Wii" (when you highlight it, it should say "Wii Options")
5.) then click on "Wii Settings"
6.) on the contoller, hit the "+" button then click on "internet"
7.) then click on "connection settings"

9.) if you want to connect through a wireless connection, click on wireless connection (this will search for WiFi around you.)
10.) then go to "search for an Access Point"
it should find some access points, if it doesn't, then you'll need to
buy a Nintendo WiFi thing (i'm sorry, i forgot the correct name for it)
11.) click "OK"
12.) click on an access point with a lock that's unlocked, or click on
one with a yellow lock and put a password. if you see a red lock, you
cannot connect to that access point.
13.) it will ask you if you want to save the settings. click "OK"
14.) then click "OK" again, to do a connection test (this could take about 30 seconds)
15.) UPDATE THE WII
16.) after that go back to the Wii menu by clicking "Back" until you reach the Wii menu
17.) then click on the wii shop channel.
18.) then click on start shopping
19.) then click on channels
20.) then click on netflix
21.) wait for it to download
22.) then go back to the wii menu
23.) then load up the netflix channel
24.) they're going to give you a password, go on a computer and (if you
have a netflix account) go to www.netflix.com/activate or
http://www.netflix.com/NRD/Wii?mkwid=s0BEmMX1Q&mqso=80025460
25.) then loggin and type in the code from the wii into your accound
...Now you can watch Tv or movies on your Nintendo Wii
Disconect all the wires from the unit and leave for atleast five minutes. You need to even unplug the power cord from the recepticle in the wall or power bar. The unit should reset itself and hopefully turn back on clear of what was locked on.

The red button, is a sync button and not a reset button. You can try resyncing your wii remotes to your wii follow these steps:
Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it
on.
Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of
the Wii console.
Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii
Remote you
wish to sync up.
Press and release the SYNC button on the inside of the SD Card
compartment
on the console. Press and release the SYNC button just below the
batteries
on the Wii Remote.
When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The
LED that
is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).
You must have batteries in when pressing the red sync button on the wii remote, if your using the wii remote charger system, you must remove it and use batteries until this step is done
This problem happen usually when the disc is damaged or the DVD drive of Wii is dirty or damaged.Try with another disc.If problem repeat your Wii need service.
You should make sure your disks are not scratched. You are able to turn the wii off without removing the the lead thing. Just hold the power button for a while on the counsle until it shuts off. Just out of curiousity.......and maybe a thing.........because this happened to me.........it froze because i entered a cheat and skipped to much in the game, but when i went back and did it the real way, it didn't freeze.
