When I turn my ipon on, all I see is the following error, "www.ipod.com/support/ipod". I have had the ipod for a long time and never had any problems before.

-   i actually mailed my iPod into Apple and they charged me $120 to fix it, but it only worked for about a day after that before it reverted back to the same message. i don't know how to fix it.
