Question about Sharp Aquos LC-32D40U Television
My Aquos LC-32D4OU TV works fine until suddenly the picture blacks out while the sound continues to play. Sometimes the problem is solved by turning the TV on or off or disconnecting it from the power source for several minutes. On the internet, I note that others have this problem and some have solved it by replacing the screws in the back of the TV control panel. Which screws I do not know and I'm wondering if Sharp should fix this free of charge since it seems to be a defect with their product (the tv is no longer on warranty). Can you help?
Have sme problem as kmhavs2. Called Sharp 800 number.
Talked to several people at Sharp. They set up repair service
at no charge. Repairman supposed to come Oct 21.

I spoke to several representatives from Sharp and ultimately they are sending a repair person to take care of this problem at no charge. They realize that this is a problem enountered by several people who own this TV. Hopefully, the repair service will be here in the next day or two.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
