Question about Samsung Cell Phones
My Samsung F250 has previously shown my caller identification. It suddenly changed and all my calls are shown as unknown even though the 'show caller indentification' button has been ticked as yes.
I dropped the phone, hopefully nothing was damaged??
Thanks for your help.
Thanks! My contract had changed and they had not loaded the caller identifcation. All ok now.
Thanks again. Ida

The problem is not "show caller identification" its "show my number" "show caller identification" are for calls that comes in.
Go to Menu>Settings>Call settings>All Calls>Show My Number>choose Send Number
hopefully that will solve the problem :):)

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Check your Sim in another phone to confirm , if there is no CLIP then the service provider has barred you and must get in touch. Also is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
