Wearever chicken bucket

My bucket is an old model. It is a bucket with to large handles and a twist top. A steam gauge and a twist to tighten handle.
This was my mom and I now would like to use it, but somehow I have lost the instructions.
Can you tell me how to broat chicken in this pan. It has an oil line but I do not know how long to cook the chicken. This pan is just one that sits ons the stove burner?
Thanks.

    We have a chicken fryer but we cannot get the weight to jiggle, even when it is on high.

    The instructions say to heat the oil to deep fat fryer temperature, add the chicken, secure the lid and turn to High. When the weight jiggles, time for 20 minutes. I only cooked it for 10 minutes and it was already very dark brown.

    I am scared of a fire starting! Any suggestions?

    (This is a Wearever fryer, discontinued model.)

I used my just last night. Brown the pieces in the hot oil for about 2 min. For 6-8 pieces cook for 15 minutes once the vent jiggles. Smaller pieces cook for 12 min.

How do you remove the handle to get to the screws to tighten the handle its very loose

Hello Martin;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.

You did not provide a model number which is located on the upper inside wall of your fresh food section. So, I can not be accurate in regards to your unit.

1.) Inspect your handles. Are there 3/32" allen wrench screws at the top and bottom? If so back off the screws until the handle comes off. Then tighten the screw on the refrigerator door. Put handle back on the and tighten the 3/32" screws.

2.) No external screws - Then the handles are held on in a slip in slot fashion. Pull up on the door handle. This is going to take a little mussel. Remove the door handle. Tighten the screws on the door and the back of the handle. Slide handle back into place.

How to tighten handle on Model #FFHS2611LWF refrigerator

The inside seal has to be twisted back to reveal the screws. Don't break the seal. The screws hold the inside panel in place. remove the panel to get to the door handle screws.

How do I tighten door handle on whirlpool fridge how do I get to the screws model gb2fhdwq02

Hello Tim;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.

You have one of two door attachments:

1.) There are two 3/32" K set screws (Allen Head) at the top and bottom of each handle. Back off these screws until the handle comes off. The is a stud with a screw - tighten and reattach the handle.

2.) There are two brackets mounted to each refrigerator door. One at the top and one at the bottom. At the top of each bracket is a oversize hole. On the back of the handle there are two screws. These screws fit into the oversize hole. Then you push down into a slot to secure the handle. To remove the handle you push up on the handle until the door handle screws are into the oversize holes.
The screws on the door bracket often become loose. Tighten these screws. Sometimes the mounting screws on the door handle become loose as well.
Be careful, if you tighten everything up too much you will not be able to remount the door handle. Adjust the screws for a tight fix

I have a cooks essentials pressure cooker model 99701 my mom bought but never used it so after about 4yrs I took it home today I don't know how toset it I have chicken thighs boneless and thawed HELP

Pressure cookers can be very dangerous, if it is 4 years old make sure that the gaskets are not worn and that the gauges are functional, usually it comes with a cook book for recipes, just remember that when it gets to temp, the pressure valve will be operating, it should bubble up with the venting of the steam, after the cook time is over make sure that you, do not, try to open the unit by turning the handle until the pressure has gone down, look at the guage if there is no gauge wait to cool at least 15 minutes then easy sliding the handle slowing to help release any pressure you can be injured by burns and also make sure the rubber seal around the bottom of the lid is not dry rotted and is in good shape this is the most important of all good luck, and have fun remember pressure cookers are good for mason jar cooking and storing the lids will seal as the cooling occurs and don't over flow the water keep the water level low so it doesn't boil water into the food jars, and when you put them in there just tighten them slightly do not screw the lid real tight you can do that after the pressure is maintained when they cool and you remove them.

Hi -- For my White Wing Steam Cleaner: After I plug in the unit, and wait over 10 minutes, the Pressure gauge shows that the pressure at 2 (maybe 2.5, I can't recall as I'm typing today) -- not...

Re: Low pressure on WhiteWing steam cleaner
1. Make sure the safety switch for the hose handle on the right side of the hose handle is turned to the closed position. To do that, push it away form the hose.
2. Make sure the steam release button (next to the on/off button on the control panel on the steamer) is in the Off position.
3. Make sure the safety cap is tightened.
4. Make sure you have enough water in the tank (at least half a bottle of water)
I hope this helps.

Ge profile refrigerator door handle is loose

I had this problem on this model and just repaired it.... and I am no mechanic. The bottom of the handle was loose. You'll see there is a cap on the top and bottom of the handle. You need to pop the cover off of the end that is loose. For the bottom part of the handle, I used a flat head screwdriver under the most southern portion of the handle, lifted the handle of the screwdriver towards me. The cover popped with minimal effort. Tighten the screw and replace cover. Pretty, pretty, pretty easy!

Door Handle Issue

I may need the entire model # off the sticker inside the fridge section to help.  Most side by sides have a slot that the handle fits into and just pull down hard to lock into place.  May need to take the handle all the way off and tighten the screws on the handle and on the door first.
