My computer keeps rebooting

Does it Boot or is it stuck in a boot loop cycle? Have you done ANY hardware or software, new OS?, updates/upgrades lately? Memory? Put in a new CMOS battery. Try reseating Memory Mods. Are the Fans, heatsink, vents clean? Open the BIOS setup, check Clock, set if necessary, Disable Auto Reboot. Remove ALL Media DVD,CD,USB devices, Printer cable, ect., Will it boot to Safe Mode? Take a look : May be a bad HDD? Remove and test, replace if necessary.

Computer reboots constantly

You are probably getting a Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD,) but the PC is restarting too fast to read it.
turn it on and after the first re-start, press [F8] about 3 times every 2 seconds, (do NOT just hold it down.)

When successful, the Advanced Boot Options Menu will appear, (if it did not, then you missed it, keep trying.) Using the Arrow-up and Arrow-down keys highlight the option that says :
"Disable Automatic restart on system failure"

This will be valid for only 1 boot, then it will go back to constant looping, (unless you do the above again lol.)

When it BSODs you need to write-down the Stop Error displayed along with any file(s)-named to be causing the error.

A common one is 0x000000D1 Driver IRQ not less than or equal

This is a device driver error....see if you can boot into one of the Safe Mode options on that Advanced boot options menu. If you CAN, then use System Restore to go back to a day BEFORE the problem began. [note: if you have a virus, the problem will likely return.]

Sound nt working

It could possibly be that your computer is stuck on mute, go into the control panel and under sounds and mics you will be able to tell if it is stuck on mute or not, however if it is not stuck on mute then you will want to go to the manufactures website and under support and drivers enter in your computers model number and you will be able to download the drivers from that location. Let me know if this helps, Jeff from fixya

No sound on my pc!

step 1: check with the speakers on another computer to ensure the speakers are working fine.

1. Insert the CD-ROM titled 'Fujitsu Technology Solutions Drivers & Utilities CD' that came with the computer into the DVD tray and close it.
2. The Drivers & Utilities CD will start automatically.
3. Click on 'Driver Installation' option.

4. Click on INSTALL.
5. After the installation process the computer will automatically re-start. If not, for safety reasons (to not misinform/corrupt the information on the registry) restart the machine manually (Start Menu - Shut Down).
If you receive a message saying 'Found New Hardware Wizard' during the Drivers installation (Automatic recommended), ignore it and leave the Drivers & Utility CD to finish the installation. The D+U Setup is will detect the computer's hardware (it will not detect the drivers of any external devices you may have) and install the drivers needed. After you re-boot the machine you may get the Found New Hardware Wizard again, this will be your Monitor being detected, follow the on-screen instructions to install it properly (if you have a driver's disk, provided with your monitor or any other external device that you have connected, use this when prompted)

I have been having a problem lately with my desktop pc,windows xp

Try running the system in VGA mode.
I assume this is a windows machine.
So hit f8 just before the loading Windows screen comes up. and choose Safe mode .
Then set your video card properties to VGA and reboot, that should get you back into windows.
once in, reload your video card drivers.
All should be good...
