There must be more than one board that is bad. Retail pricing for the replacement boards run between $300-$800. Evein including labor, that should not be more than $1200-$1500 at worse. Realize that the servicer does not pay retail for the parts either. It can not e the panel as that would exceed $4000 for the part alone. What is the problem with the set?

My panasonic high definition plasma television, Model # TH-42PX75U, I CRACK IN THE SCHREEN, HAS SOUND BUT NO PICTURE . CAN IT BE REPAIRED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It is possible to be repaired. Though I don't know about the availability of the screen. How long have you owned the tv? Your best bet may be to sell it for parts and purchase a new tv. If you have any questions or need any other assistance please let me know.
Thanks,
Lee

Panasonic Model #Th-42PA25

it is just an example for the part that should be replaced that is why i suggested that a service technician should check the tv physically to determine the part that needs to be replaced.

Panasonic TH-42PZ700U TV turns on then imeadilty shuts down power light blinks 7 times

Circuit board inside is bad. You need the "SC" board replaced. This is the most common board causing the shut down with 7 blink condition. there is a firmware upgrade that needs to be done to the TV after the board is replaced to prevent this problem from happening again. Contact an authorized Panasonic repair center, they will know all about this problem. if you find a "consierge Service center" you can get two day service on this set. Must still be under warranty? this is a new model.

I have a 42" Panasonic plasma model TH 42PA50A. It continually turns itself off after 20 minutes. I have had the power supply replaced, however the fault continued. The repairers could not replicate...

IF YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG THE T.V. TO GET IT TO RESTART, IT IS PROBABLY HIGH VOLTAGE SHUT DOWN. IT CAN BE THE FLYBACK TRANSFORMER OR POSSIBLE BE A SHORTED CRT.
DOES THE SET HAVE HIGH USAGE ON IT ? WAS IT A FLOOR MODLE ? IS IT WATCHED MORE THAN 4-6 HOURS A DAY ? YOU CAN DROP THE CRT BOARDS AND SEE IF IT STAYS ON. OR REMOVE THE HIGH VOLTAGE (RED ) LEADS OUT OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE BLOCK. MAKE SHURE YOU DON'T REMOVE THE ONE GOING INTO THE BLOCK. ONLY GOING OUT. ALSO CHECK FOR COOLANT LEAK ON THE BOARD. IF THE STK'S ARE ON A SEPRATE BOARD YOU CAN UNPLUG THE CONVERGENCE BOARD AND SEE IF IT STAYS ON.

Panasonic Plasma died. Model TH42PX60U purchased Jan. 2007

In the majority of cases when you'are unable to power up the TV, the power supply would the first place to start.
Check this site for cheaper power supply.
Good Luck.

I have a panasonic plasma th-42px60 tv for about a year and a half now when i changed the fuse in the plug the power led light is flashing but there is no picture

Panasonic shows multiple board replacement in sequence of boards that may be the problem. they start with the PA board as the most likely culprit start with that. how ever there may be 6 other boards that can cause a 10 flash code.
the PA board part # is TXNPA1BJTUJ.
