HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HI I have a v3x and it shows messages full even tho i clear all ma msgs. i have tried master clear and format but still tha same problem. i can receive messages even tho it shows me messages are full. pls HELP!!

your phone might be infected with virus, reformat phone will do, also reformat mmc, but make sure if you have some important file back it up on your pc,

hard reset is effective, switch off phone press hold green key, * and 3, switch on while holding this three keys

Go into the setup menu, and format the card

if your mobile memory is full. it shows message box is full so pls check your memory in phone.and memory capacity in your mobile

Two possible problems here, the new messages could be server messages, your inbox is completely full and there (unfortunately) really is no choice to but to delete either a large number of the messages in your inbox or delete all. If that doesn't work it needs to be taken into a retailer to be either repaired or trashed. Had a similar problem with the same phone and i had to delete all my inbox messages and it still showed that i had messages and they were server messages.

formate your cellphone once..through the step shown below


1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer button, * button, and ‘3′ button.
3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
4. When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons.

try to format your phone...go to intial setup master reset and master clear...code is 0000 hope this will help you

Go to Phone settings>master reset>it will ask you for a master reset code which is 000000 and this reset will clear all the songs,pics and other saved items from your phone memory .

after re-boot
same procedure

initial set up

master reset
enter security code again'

wait until tha phone re-boot
your phone is already formatted'

all media,phonebook entries, will be lost or deleted.

and make sure you are fully charged.

Try to install updates using ur pc. Ur phone will be reformat.
