Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I did this too...I could not remove them, after much swearing and frusteration I was able to remove them forcefully, without breaking the printer thank goodness! But I think the only way to get them out is brute force. sorry.

Ive replaced my black cartridge in the place of the colored cartridge and placed my colored cartridge in the place of black and now im un able to remove them its not coming out evn when pulle . I cant solve the problem i am facing the problem and ther is no solution for this thnk you

You will want to make sure the printer is plugged in when you mess with the cartridges. There is a platform that goes uo and down during cartridge parking to keep the from drying out. Wwhen you access the cartidge area the platfoem goes dow. you will want it t go back up when you close it up so the ink does dot clogg.
