Put new batteries in them. You need to sync them to the Wii from the HOME menu.

Our wii is second hand and we dont know the pin code we tried sevral numbers but it didnt work so can u give us a number so we can have the internet thanks

You should be able to format the system memory from the Wii Settings menu. It will be on the last page of settings options. It will erase EVERYTHING on the wii...channels, saves, EVERYTHING. But it will also erase security settings which should give you unrestricted access to the internet as long as your settings are correctly configured.
    I hope this helps!

WII controller is working in reverse

replace the batteries and go the the Wii options and set the sensitivity again (when it asks you if you see two blinking dots) as well as the center of the screen. Turn off the Wii (to red light, not yellow standby) and make sure you are directly in front of the TV. Repeat this process several times. (minus battery changes) and it has been working perfectly since.

You can also "spank" your wii mote, turn it over in one hand so the battery back is up toward the ceiling, and strike it hard on top of the battery back with palm of your other hand, for some reason this has worked for many people, either causing something inside to reset or "unstick" itself.

Hand icon wont appear on the Wii main menu

Well, mabey your sensor bar settings are out of wack. You might have your sensor bar set to above TV but you actualy have it below. To fix it, I would move the sensor bar to the opposite position, go into settings and chanage the sensor bar settings to the way you want. then put the sensor bar back where you want it.

    Nintendo wii

This may go beyond the factory settings, (completely renewed). Goto the wii options menu and click wii settings, and go all the way to the end and click format wii system memory, and read the description to make sure you want to do this and then click format if you want to restart or go back. Note: this is the only icon on wii settings menu that illuminates yellow while the others illuminate blue.
