Please visit support.toshiba.com or pcsupport.toshiba.com - downloads - portables - model - select model - show results - downloads. Tried going there but your model could not be accessed for some reason. If you do have the detailed specifications for your laptop, you can download the drivers from the part manufacturer's website like for the graphics: intel.com/support/chipsets - enter - select chipset family - select specific chipset - click on download for the graphics. One way to find out if your have problems in hardware devices in your computer is by going to the device manager. Go to MY COMPUTER, click right mouse and then choose manage, choose the device manager. From there check if the is a yellow question mark icon in your device manager especially for SOUNDS, VIDEO AND CONTROLLER. If there is, right click the mouse and update the driver using internet.
Another way is go to start, choose windows update to get the latest driver for your computer and be sure your are using original windows operating system, otherwise it won't update.
