Problem for Canonical Ltd. Ubuntu
Pidgin Trouble
Installed Ubuntu a few months ago, all was great and I'm very happy with it, but out of the blue, when I sign in pidgin gives me trouble.
How can I fix this? I really don't want to reinstall is there an update or something similar?

What do you mean by "not working"? Does the program not open? Do you get an error when you try to connect to a chat service?

- even after uninstallin and reinstalling pidgin, still wenever i launch the application, after some time of waiting it closes suddenly.pls help
