Are you using a PST file? If it's over 1.3Gb it won't hold anymore. Create a new one under "email accounts" -> Data file.

How do I check my work e-mail from home?

This depends on
a) what kind of mail system your company is using (Microsoft Exchange, Lotus, Scalix, etc.)
b) if access via http or https is allowed.

You should talk to the person in charge of the mail system at your company to find out if it is possible at all and how to get to it. Some companies don't allow access from the outside at all.

If you are using Outlook (I assume that from your post), go to Tools -> Account Settings and double click your Exchange account.
Go to "More Settings" and then the "Connection" tab.
See if "Outlook Anywhere" is enabled. If so, you can click the "Exchange Proxy Settings" button and use the URL (starting with https:\\...) and paste that in a browser to access OWA (Outlook Web Access.)

If Outlook Anywhere is not enabled you're out of luck.
Again - talk to the person in charge.

Let me know if this was helpful.

How to instal outlook express?

Outlook express only comes with windows xp and earlyer windows versions.
However in windows vista microsoft did replace outlook express with windows mail and
in windows 7 they left it completely out of the package.
In windows 7 you'll have to install windows mail from the windows live essentials package, wich is free to download.
Outlook express can't be installed on windows vista and 7, use windows mail instead.

Download Windows Live Essentials here: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials?os=other

How I configure my outlook 2007 with rediffmail

Hi,

Try the below steps

Set up POP 3 for Outlook Express
Outlook Express allows you to add a new email account to your existing profile. This means you do not have to replace your current settings in order to send and receive Rediffmail messages.

* Choose 'Accounts' > 'Mail' > 'Add' > 'Mail
* In the 'Display Name', type your name and click 'Next'.
* In the Email ID box, type your Rediffmail ID.
* Select "POP3" to answer the question "My incoming mail server is a..."
* In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server box, type "pop.rediffmail.com"
* In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type "smtp.rediffmail.com"
* Click "Next."
* In the Account Name box, type your Rediffmail ID
* In the Password box, type your Rediffmail Password.
* If you want Outlook Express to remember your password, check the "Remember password" box.
* Do not check the boxes labelled "Log on using Secure..."
* Click "Next."
* Click "Finish."

Thanks

Outlook 2007 Windows Vista will not allow hyperinks

Hello,

You might find the answer to your question here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA012299621033.aspx

In short:

Stop disabling links and functionality in all messages

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3. Clear the Disable links and other functionality in phishing messages (recommended) check box.

Note If you decide to select this check box later, Outlook will disable all the links in messages that were evaluated as suspicious by the Junk E-mail Filter, and you will receive warnings about suspicious links.

Also read the complete topic. There is some interesting stuff inside..

Outlook 2007 - Some graphics won't load

Check the proxy settings in internet settings. Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools on the menu bar, click on the Connections tab, click the LAN Settings button, and uncheck the "Use a proxy server for your LAN". Often, a trojan attack will check this box and redirect your connection. Even after the trojan has been cleaned, this problem remains. Even if you use Firefox, Outlook uses the Windows internet settings, not the Firefox settings.

Compatibility issue with Outlook 2003 and newly installed Publisher 2007.

This all depends on who provides your e-mail services. I know that Yahoo refuses to allow anyone use a pop 3 third party software if they are not premium members.
