SOURCE: OSD lock out
i am having the same problem, i opened up the monitor ( very easy) and checked the swithc board to see that all buttons arfe working. Ang movrd all of my ( i have about 15 things attached to the computer) gadjets far as possible ( maybe it wasn't shilded properly). As far as i know i am using it for over an hour now and it hasn't falsed the osd locked out yet. I will post again if this goes away for good

if you go to the menu and you will see the on screen display (osd) press select and u will be able to change the values of it here ok

OSD (On Screen Display) lockout. To resolve the issue you can hold the power button of the monitor until you get another message something similar to "OSD unlocked"
try holding menu button also if it doesnt workout
