My computer became infectcited and I lost everything. I have it repaired and now I can not find my software to re install my printer.

Try connecting the printer directly to wall instead to surge protector and see the result

If you have any Photo software on your machine, you can use it to scan. Just click on File then Import. You will be prompted to select a source to import from. Select your All in One printer and you will be able to scan. If you prefer the original software, here's a link to get it. Hope this answers your question. All the best.

the motherboard in your machine has gone faulty. i have not found a repair other than replacing it which is not economical to do.

currently working on repairing the mainboards but no luck yet maybe someone else has a fix for this?

If you have lost you cd or don't know how to install your printer then all you need to do is download the drivers and software from the manufactures website that suits your operating system and printer

Please try this:

right click My Computer > Click properties > Click Hardware > Devuice manager > Select and remove the printer .

And restart the computer.

When prompted show the location of the driver files. This should solve your problem. Otherwise please let us know...
