Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
I have the Curve 8330. When I try to start the camera, it comes up with a screen that says, "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening again." I have turned off the device, I have removed the battery. I'm not 100% sure on what it means by "close other applications" but could someone please help!
If these two options haven't worked, then the final thing to do is actually delete the entire operating system and reload it from scratch. There is a program called JL_Cmder that allows you to completely erase the operating system and data and programs. Check out the two links below:

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
