Hi my name is Aline and I've just bought a wii console but when i try to acess internet it ask me for the parental control pin number. As I'm from Brazil I'd like to know if there is any chance of getting the master pin number without calling you, or if you could give me a number from Brazil support.

there is no master pin number, if you bought a used wii, maybe that one had the owners mother restricted the younger one from online use. or if this was yours, then your mom must have activated parental controls and has restricted you from online networking, but the same hap0pened to me, ask your mom if she did this.

In the case of parental controls, you will need to go into the wii settings to unlock them totally. Head on over to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and enter in the confirmation number you will get once you have specified that you forgot the pin, and the answer to secret question
(Do make sure your wii is set to whatever today's date is, as the master password completely depends on it.)
