1.go to Control Panel then Click "Sounds and Audio Devices" Icon.
2.Click Advaced Button
3.Click Options -> Properties
4.Select "Playback" -> Tick "Mic Volume" then click "ok"
5.Click Options -> Slect "Advaced Controls"
6.You See Extra Button "Advaced" Button in "MicVolume" Control Area & Untick "Mute"
7.Then Click "Advaced" Button & Tick "1 Microphone Boost" then close. Work Fine.
