Question about George Foreman GRP4P Indoor Grill

1 Answer

Needing new handles for the removable plates on my George Foreman GRP4.

I need to new handles for my GRP4 George Foreman grill. We had been using it at our church and someone else was washing dishes. Both top and bottom plates were dropped accidently on the floor on the handles and they broke, making the plates fit loosely on the grill. We weren't able to recover all of the piece of the handles. I would like to replace them and don't know where to locate them. Do you know where I can get them, or the replacement grill plates if I can't get just handles?

Hi beccagc06,

I'd contact the manufacturer (Salton, Inc.) customer service site for parts or manual. If they don't have them, they should know where to send you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about the company).

Go to

http://prc.prodregister.com/prodprotect/applica/

And click on "George Foreman" (lower-right portion of the page), it redirects you to a secure webpage where you can register.

Hi geochris,

Since you say this is new, you should still be within warranty coverage. Unless you feel like manually flipping it over in mid-grilling, I'd contact the manufacturer (Salton, Inc.) customer service site for warranty support, parts or manual.

Go to

http://prc.prodregister.com/prodprotect/applica/

And click on "George Foreman" (lower-right portion of the page), it redirects you to a secure webpage where you can register.

Hi tiggerpie48,

I gave you a full description of where to go in case you want to document it for your records. If you go to the website, it looks like there's a Javascript email link, which I couldn't paste in, so you will have to go to that webpage if you must email. Otherwise, the toll-free phone# is below.

Broken handle on a GGR50B grill

Hello: I just called 1-800-233-9054 and spoke to a customer relations person for George Foreman products. I was able to order a probe (electrical cord) for my George Foreman Outdoor Grill. I asked if that was the number to call for all parts and was told that it was. Give it a try. If I was able to order my part, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to also. Julie
