The wire basket of my Breville Juicer is rusted. is there a safe way to remove the rust or am I going to have to buy a new part? if it the the former, what should I use? if it is the latter, where can

I am not sure how rusted it is, but it should be fairly easy to clean.
I would start with either distilled white vinegar or fresh lemon juice. You should have good results with either.
Otherwise Breville does have an 800 number or just google the model number and part name, the part should be available.

My 2003 ford taurus overheats when driving around town, stop & go, but on highway temperature goes back to normal

I had the same problem with my 99 ford taurus. My ford taurus did exactly did same things that your vehicle is doing. runs cool on the freeway because the air is going through the radiator and cooling the water down.I checked the cooling fans, radiator and hoses for leaks also replaced my thermostat. nothing solved the problem. turns out that the new antifreeze does not come with a lubercant property any longer. you have to buy the lubercant additive separately and then add it to your cooling system when you replace the antifreeze. the lubercant protects your freeze plugs, water pump, radiator, thermastat from rusting out. Meanwhile because of the absents of the lubercant, my water pump impellers rusted out and dissolved. so the water pump had no fins to circulate the water. Luckly for me, I discovered that my car was still under warranty due to an extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the car. ford dealership replaced the water pump. Problem Solved.

Why does my camper freezer have rust all over?

Probably condensation building up inside from running hot, cleaning out the coils with one of them dusters or vacuuming the coils (underneath the unit on some models or on the back of some models of refrigerators and/or freezers helps them to run cooler and to avoid that rust. With our pets I have to clean our freezers coil every 2 or 3 months.

How to repair a fur real white cat from 2011. Put in new batteries, but will not do anything. The springs that hold the batteries look rusted.

If the springs are rusted then you've got moisture inside the watch and it probably either needs a new motor or needs to be serviced to remove the rust.

Why are the ground screws on my breaker panel buss bar rusted?

Something inside the panel is getting warm, and when it cools there is condensation.
Do a general stress test on breaker box.

Why dose my car over heat

wow could be a lot of reasons depending on how long it takes to overheat. The following are some but more info needed so as to be precise in instruction and diagnosis.
1.Thermostat jammed shut(will heat very quickly and one hose will seem cold when radiator is hot).
2.Radiator blocked with rust etc inside from age or lack of good coolant inside.
3.The cooling fins all rotted away from radiator being old.
4.The fans not turning on when needed-either a sensor fault or fan dead.if it is a viscous type fan then it is not locking up when engine hot.
5.coolant leak and level low.
6.a blown head gasket.
7.fan belt running waterpump pulley is worn, loose or fallen off from breaking.
8.low oil level and dirty
9.waterpump impellor inside is rusted away or damaged
10.engine timing is seriously out .
and quite a few more reasons.
Try running your heater on full and the fan on maximun when it heats.Does this help cool it?if so get your radiator and cooling system cleaned out and recheck.
If it is cold to the vents, check your coolant level safely when it is cool enough to do this.
I hope these checks help you,or get back with your further findings from these checks

There is rust water in my radiator hose

Rust is not good. I suggest that you flush the cooling system, check the lower rad hose for rusted spring inside of it, and refill with proper coolant and antifreeze mix. Consider rust inhibiter additive.

Fins inside drumare loose

Open the top ... held down with spring clips ... remove the front panel ... probably 2 to 4 screws ... be careful of the wires ... unplug the machine of course. Remove the drum ... but first observe the belt arrangement so you can reinstall. Tighten the 'fins'. Reverse the procedure.

You can use a pry or large screw driver to pop the top. Be careful of the finish.

Cant stop rust on rocker panels

If someone could solve this problem forever they would become instant millionaires!!! (it is an ongoing problem with just about every vehicle forever (road salt and pitting from stuff that gets kicked up by tires, does not care what kind of vehicle it is) I generally use a product called rust killer. Just follow instructions on container. I have a Jeep (noted for rust there) I use rust killer, then cover the entire rocker with fiberglass, then spray the entire thing with bedliner coating. (if you need to match paint on car, just re-spray over it with correct colour)
The biggest problem is that the rust you see is not all the rust that's there...it actually begins inside the panel where you can't get to ...that's why it bleeds rust stain through the paint before holes appear.
Good luck! Hope this helps you.
