Question about Compaq Presario 5000 PC Desktop
The network adapters have yellow astroids by them
Press START-SETTINGS - CONTROLL PANEL- SYSTEM
select the Hardware tab , then select device manager. right click the device with asterick by it and click PROPERTIES, select the "driver" tab at top, then click on "roll back driver". this should change it driver back to the previous (working) driver.
If this a new network card install and NO previous ones before it, you may need to dowmload the correct driver, which will require you to post your network cards info eg: make and model, so they i can help you find the correct one.
Hope this helps
