Close unused programs by accessing the Task Manager on the device. According to MobileTopSoft.com, Windows Mobile devices use a feature called "Smart Minimize." This software simply minimizes a program when you think you might have closed it. Thus, the device becomes slow because too many programs are running. Closing out programs via the device Task Manager should be completed daily.
2Clear the temporary files from the device. Storage on a Windows Mobile device is at a minimum, and it's important to keep the phone cleared of any unnecessary data, such as temporary Internet files. To complete this task go to Internet Explorer and access "Menu," "Tools" "Options" and finally "Memory"; delete the files here.
3Avoid overloading the device with unwanted programs. Programs take up storage space on your device. By taking caution when downloading programs and removing unwanted programs, you will minimize the amount of storage taken up. This will reduce the slowness of the Windows Mobile device.

You have to take in to account how many apps you have downloaded and installedHow much media do you have on it ie; music, pics, videoAnd how often do you delete your sms/mms history? All of those things will make the phone run seriously slow and eat up all the memory.
This can't be fixed since our phones seem to be left behind by the complexities of the appns we trying to run. The appn designers keep code running in the background when you try to do something which zapps your phones processing speed. Due to this my only advice is take it slowely, get a hefty micro SD and put as much on there as you can from your phone. Get practice removing the battery to restart your phone. You will need to be familiar with this since I have to do this at least twice a day. The other key issue is that the low quality back of our phones (specifically Samsung Galaxy W) does not secure the battery as well as other phones. As a result, the battery can jiggle and wiggle slightly which causes phone freeze. They are great phones but just a bit toooo cold as things stand and really need to warm up to stop the freeze. Only Samsung can do this!
It says Phone Freezed means you need to Unfreeze it,it's samsung Mobile Phone ?am i rite?
what is Model?samsung Phone only asks for Unfreeze code and says Freeze message,You can get the Correct Unfreeze code and free instructions at here

You may not have saved the settings for accessing internet from your phone. You will have to contact your service provider, who on demand will send you the required settings. You will have to save each one of them (around 5 settings will be send to you). After saving it, you can access the internet from your phone easily.
Best Wishes. Thank You.
You may want to look into upgrading your RAM if there is less than 2GB installed. This is a recommendation that I have found in working with several PC's running this Operating System. Also, you would want to run disk clean up and remove any temporary files that Windows finds. Deleting any other temporary or unused files from your PC on a regular basis should increase system performance. In addition, if these steps do not solve your problem, you may want to consider upgrading to a faster performance hard drive (preferably a SATA II with a 32MB cache). As a last resort, you may look at your CPU to see if there is an upgrade for it, as well. Keep in mind that Vista is a resource hog and can slow down a PC within just a short period of time.
