Most dll errors are caused by erroneous or corrupt Windows registry entries. Programs that do not completely remove all entries when uninstalled, a dll entry is corrupt, or adware, spyware, malware, or a virus can cause a dll error. Whats happening is that the dll is in your start up programs and that the program is no longer present in your computer. websearch is a known sppyware and what you need to do is to download and install superantispyware (www.superantispyware.com) and run the program. it will delete all traces of the spyware and eliminate the error .

That program that you're referring to, My Web Search, is a known spyware program. If you wish to keep it, you're asking for trouble ...but you can just re-download and install the program again. Otherwise, I'd remove the program completely and hope that it hasn't opened your system up to more infections.

Is every program running fine? It is a registry file - in other word a file that is the basis for all programs. If every program is running fine, you can delete by start>run>and type regedit or if in Vista start>and type regedit. Use the path in the error (C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL) to find the file and delete it.
