-   I have the same problem, but don't understand the proposed solutions. Is the fuse in the wire or in the body of the machine? If it is in the "black" part, that is, the receptacle for the power input, how does one pull that out (is it simply pulling, or must one take out the back cover of the machine, or is there some kind of a mechanism that holds the receptacle in place?) if you go to the plug and the machine meet. pull out the plug and attached to the machine (where the plug goes into) if you pull this black out of the machine. Located in there are two small fuses', looking at them you will noticed if they are burned out or not. Pick up new ones at home depot.
seguí el cable del enchufe. Si no encontras el fusible, podés encontrar un cartucho plástico a lo largo de uno de los cables, esto es un fusible aéreo y si lo abris te vas a encontrar con el fusible.

- Yes, it's correct. These is a air fuse (fusible aereo)
Open these like a shell and in there is a fuse.
Good luck

machine will not turn on. While steaming milk, I presses the steam button again (I meant to press the stop button). The maching turned off. I tried restaring the maching by using the on/off button in the back of the maching, but it will not turn on. It appears that there is no electrical input to the machine.

When the machine is on and the coffee is making, not all of the water goes through the pod and I only end up with half a cup. Could this be a problem with the pump not developing enough pressure to clamp and seal the pod so as to direct all of the water through the pod? Where can I purchase spare parts in Australia?
