Is there a fuse for heater in 2001 d Taurus? where is fuses located?

You need to clarify a little . No heater , or do you mean there is no air coming from vents . This would be a heater blower motor problem . Or is there air coming from the vents but it's cold , no heat ?

A/C and Heater Problem

Well, you eliminated the resistor,so it probably means the blower motor has shorted out.Either that or something has gotten into the blower wheel and jammed it. If you can bypass the resistor and just put 12 volts into the motor,do it.But don't hold it long,as a direct short can cause a fire without a fuse to blow for safety.
In other words, prepare to buy a new heater blower motor. don-ohio

Two things.........either it's a bad blender motor,or more likely, plugged heater core..Remove heater hose from near thermostat and heater hose from water pump, and flush from water pump side heater hose back thru the heater core and out the thermostat side heater hose with a pistol grip type water nozzle. don-ohio

When , i turn on my heater on inside the car it blow out cold air. When I increased the temperture it still blow out cold air

First check that the blender door motor is operating. This should be a little box directly in front center of the console. When you adjust the temp control, the arm should move on the box motor.
Probably though your heater core is plugged.Do a search for don-ohio and heater core and maybe the long tryped message will come up, if you CAN do a search on this site.I'm pretty new here, and don't know the `ropes'. ha! don-ohio

Have no a/c or heater just blows ambient air

Probably a vacuum motor on the blender door has gone bad or the vacuum line broken or fell off.Find the blender door motor and with engine running, wheels blocked and emergency brake on in park, check the motor's operation. don-ohio

Power window passangers side can hear motor small gear on end of motor does not move when pushing power button

That has a built-in `slip mode' on the gear. The works must either be stiff or stuck or the motor needs a new kit,or just install a new motor if the works inside are good. Not a hard job, really.Just drill out the motor rivets and bolt in the new one. don-ohio
