Question about Computers & Internet
I had been working with Linksys to solve the problem. After 3 plus days of telephone effort I was advised the router is defective and I will get a new one.
I will keep you in mind when I have the next royal pain and if it is more than I can handle I may well get intouch with you.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Are you saying that you can't access wireless internet through your Linksys router and it needs to be configured for you to do so, or that when you plug in your Linksys, you lose internet? Your question was not very specific, please provide more detail for assistance :)
