the mouse is connected, but it will not move or click on the screen.  I have tried the latest software, and it is not working.  I am using Mac OSX and the mouse worked perfectly until last week... no installations were performed that were out of the ordinary at all.

On my Mac sometimes the trackball doesn't wake up when the computer does. The only solution is to unplug the keyboard (mouse is plugged to the keyboard) and plug it back in. What's up with that?

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. Pairing my Macally BT micro mouse

Q: After pairing my mouse, the button click works but cursor tracking does not move. What can I do?A: The cursor tracking problem is because red sensor LED is not on. Please try another set of battery or fully charge battery again, and verify if bottom red LED turns on. If red LED still does not turn on, please remove batteries from mouse, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, next press and hold the left and right buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, followed by several clicks. Install the battery into mouse, you should see red LED turns on, mouse cursor will move.
