Question about HP Pavilion ze2000 Notebook
I've run a self test on the hard drive and it gives a fail code of #1-07. Is there anything I can do without replacing the hard drive?
I don't know the specific error code. There is some information on wikipedia
You could try reformatting, which may or may not help, but the line at the bottom is: do you want to risk your data to a dodgy drive?

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
