Could be a damaged bearing in the gear head, could be a bent drive shaft or outer drive tube, clutch drum may have worn the
engine housing and spinning off centre.

SOURCE: I have a husqvarna 125L gas trimmer and dies after

Could be clogged gas cap. Take the cap off and see if you can blow air through it. If no air passes, the trimmer will become vapor locked and wont be able to get enough gas.

SOURCE: hi im after the fuel mixture for a 125L husqvarna

From you manual:
Two-stroke oil
For great results and performance use HUSQVARNA two--stroke oil, which is specially formulated for our two-stroke engines. Mixture 1:50 (2%). To maximize the life of your trimmer, you may choose to use a high quality synthetic oil formulated for two-stroke engines. Mixture 1:50 (2%). Never use two--stroke oil intended for water-cooled outboard engines, sometimes referred to as outboard oil. Never use oil intended for four-stroke engines.
WARNING! Always ensure there is adequate ventilation when handling fuel.

1 gallon of premium fuel to 2.6 ounces 2-cycle oil. 2.6 ounce pre-measured containers are available at most chainsaw outlets.

Husqvarna 125 will not idle down. ( weed eater) only idle down to about 1/2 operating speed

If you can, adjust your idle speed screw. It is normally a good-sized Phillips screw that rests against the plate on the end of the throttle shaft. You can see it good herel

If its 'running on' then you either have your idle set up too high or stretch clutch springs.

My husqvarna 125L weed eater will only run with the choke on why ?

sometimes it's caused by too much air in the mixture---check for leaks around gasket where carb meets head--also, check the jets--make sure they are not clogged

Vibration that I hear and feel in shaft after trimmer warms up

Sounds like the drive shaft may be broken or weak in one spot. When it heats up, the metal becomes softer, causing the vibration. Have you had the drive shaft off recently?
