Question about Hoover SteamVac Carpet/Upholstery Deep Cleaner Vacuum
This could be caused by several things. First take the clean water tank off of the machine, and turn it upside down to inspect the bottom of the tank. There should be a gasket with a spring and valve stem, which you should be able to move the valve stem up into the tank when pushed upwards. If you notice that there is no gasket, or vale stem, you'll need to purchase a new clean solution tank.
If the valve stem and gasket are ok, then it is most likely going to the pump assembly that has gone bad. This is a little more difficult repair, you should probably look up your closest Hoover repair center, or independent vacuum repair store, and take it in to them to have it repaired.
