Question about Cribs, Cradles & Bassinets
I purchased a Child Craft Crib (floor model) from Burlington Coat Factory in 2005. It did not come with any instruction and I need to convert it to a toddler bed. The model # on the label is 31701708. Can you please help me.
It is very simple to convert a crib to a toddlers bed. You just need to remove the side railings by folding them under the bed. It would be automatically converted to a bed that a toddler can use please might you rate me or vote for me

That's all there is to it. I also took the wheels off so it wouldn't move quite as easily. And, also because my child was tiny for her age and that removed another few inches she had to climb up into the bed.

I purchased (and subsequently threw away) the side pieces that turn the crib into a bed. I purchased them from Childcraft Industries. Extremely poor design. So I went ahead and purchased a bed frame and just used the header of the crib. Works great. Don
