Hello

If you forget your password, follow step one above to get to the

password entry screen. Then press the VOL+ and CH+ buttons on the HD

Monitor's front panel at the same time for at least 8 seconds. You will

receive an on-screen message that Parental Controls have been unlocked
once you've successfully reset the password

How do i do a factory rest
  • Debra try this to reset, do not use remote for this operation.
  • With the TV powered on complete the following steps:
  • Press and hold "Menu" button on the front of the TV
  • Press and release the "Power" button on the front of the TV.
  • Press and release the "Volume Down" button on the front of the TV.
  • This should bring up the service menu.
  • Using the buttons on the front of the TV, scroll down and select (Reset to Factory Defaults).

Reset button is on its remote control itsef. You can locate it at the bottom right side. Point it towards TV, and reset the setting you want to. OK.

Go to Menu see if it List Reset Factory settings.
Try with TV off/ Press and Hold ch- and vol- on TV.wait untill TV comes on release buttons and see if Service Menu comes up?

1) Reset will not help

2) Older RCA projection tv's usually produce a good pix,
so you could fix it....

3) light box chassis pulls out to go to shop for repair...

4) For more info = provide service # and chassis # off back..
