Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
I have verified the printer works because i can print samples and copy docs. However, when I send a doc from Windows 2000, I am informed the pritner is offline (even though its turned on). I have checked the cable, how do I know its good?
Hi may I start by asking
Have you checked the setting on the computer to see if the printer is displayed? If yes
When you installed the drivers was there an option for choosing between USB and parallel connection if so have you checked the right one.
If your printer is not displayed on printer setting then it may be that the drivers are faulty or the operating system does not run these drivers. Hope this helps
