Question about Refrigerators
HELLO THANK YOU FOR THAT INFO. IT 'S THE FAN BY THE COMPRESSOR THE ONE ON THE BOTTOM. I CAN SPIN THE FAN BY HAND IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE HAVING PROBLEM DOESNT FEEL LOOSE OR OUT OF SINC IT APPEARS TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE. IS THERE A WAY I CAN CHECK THE FAN BY JUMPING . I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE FAN KICKS ON. IF IT DOES WOULD THAT MEAN WHAT IS WRONG. THANK YOU MARY
pull out the fan and check if it is an AC fan or a DC fan. they now uses DC fan in some models.
if it is an AC fan, check its voltage rating and test it directly to the voltage stated in the motor.
if it is a DC, find a power supply and test it with the correct voltage and polarity.
