Where do I plug in an 8 and 1 card reader

That's what they make motherboard manuals for,

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z77V_LX/

Click on the Download tab.
(Overview/ Specifications/ Award and Review/ Download/ etc.)

Select any Operating System. You are just going for the manual.
Left-click on the blue Down Arrow to the right of the Select OS box.
Left-click on WinXP.

Click on the + sign to the left of - Manual (9)
Scroll the page down. Note there is an inside scroll bar also. Use it, scroll down to -

Version E7094
P8Z77-V LX User's Manual (English)

Click right on the blue -> Global

[ This is a Zip file. A Zip file is used to send large amounts of information more easily. It is a compressed file, or 'zipped' file.
You need to 'Unzip' it. (De-compress it) ]

After you click a small window will come up on the right -
Opening E7094_P8Z77-V-LX.zip

Make sure there is a green dot in the small circle, to the left of -
Save File.
If not left-click in this small circle.
Now go below, and click on OK.

A small window will come up on the left. At the top of this window, tells you where the file will download to.

1) Dealing with Windows XP;
The top of the small window may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads.

Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen.
My Documents: Click on Start, then on My Documents.

Downloads:
Click on Start, then on My Documents. DOUBLE-click on Downloads.

2) Dealing with Windows Vista, or Windows 7;

The top of the small window may have Desktop, or Documents, or Downloads.

Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen.
Documents: Left-click on the Windows logo button (Start), then on Documents.

Downloads: Left-click on the Windows logo button, then on Documents. Left-click on Downloads.

When you see the file name DOUBLE-click on it.
Now go to the far left, and click on - Extract all files.
At the bottom of the next three small windows that come up, click on -
Next, Next, and Finish.

In the last window you will see a red Adobe PDF icon, and the file name next to it. DOUBLE-click right on the file name.
(E7094_P8Z77-V-LX)
There is your motherboard manual, and now in PDF file form.

I believe it's best to answer your question, AND provide the motherboard's user manual, in case there are questions in the future.

The Card Reader is going to hook up to the internal USB 2.0 front I/O connector, (Page 2-20 {39} ), or to the internal USB 3.0 front I/O) connector, (Page 2-22 {41} )

D915grv_sound driver for xp

Abrar, it's an Intel D915GLVG motherboard. Go to Intel Support,

http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support

Easy way to do this;
Go up to the top right corner of this page. Where it states -> Search, and has a small magnifying glass icon, to the left.

Left-click on Search. Type -> D915GLVG
Now Left-click on the small white right arrow, in the middle of the U shape.

Takes you to this page,

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html?keyword=D915GLVG&lstLanguages=en_US&topicarea=Support

In the blue rectangular banner to the left, that has the white heading -> Intel Search Results, go down to the subheading in white ->
Support (69)

Underneath Support (69), left-click on the white ->
Downloads and Drivers (38)

On this page go to the bottom of the page, and click on the 2.
(In the box -> [2] )

At the top of the page click on the first file listed.
The blue -> Audio: Realtek* ALCxxx Driver

On this page go to the far right, and click on the blue -> Download.
(To the right of -> Version: 5.10.0.5377)

( A little much I know, but wanted to show you step by step, in case you need another driver, or look up drivers for another Intel motherboard, someday )

Left-click on the empty circle to the left of ->
I accept the terms in the license agreement.
Now a small window will come up on the right;
Opening AUD_ALLOS_XP_VISTA_5377_PV_REALTEK.EXE

Left-click on Save File.

Another small window will come up on the left.
In the wording at the top of this window, tells you where this audio (Sound) driver file, will download to.

You may wish to write it down.
It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in the wording.

1) Desktop: The audio file will be on your desktop screen

2) My Documents: Click on Start, then on My Documents.

3) Downloads: Click on Start, then on My Documents.
DOUBLE-click on Downloads.

When you see the file name, DOUBLE-click on it.
The Installation Wizard will come up. Click on
Next, Next, and Finish, at the bottom.
(First small window -> Next
Next small window -> Next
Last small window -> Finish)

You will now have downloaded the Realtek audio (Sound) driver,
AND installed it.
Restart your computer, hope you have the sound turned down.

(Otherwise it will be LOUD)
