Basically as you have already taken the screws out sit the handset face down and run a tool down either side, this will release the front cover (should be two 'clips' on either side), don't worry too much about breaking it it's pretty durable and needs a certain abount of pressure to take off.
Once you have that off carefully release the keypad and the LCd is just on a connector.

i have repaired this problem time after time you need to replace the flexcable which is located inside the phone between the top and bottom of the phone the problem is that these phones are very poorly made and the cable inside gets crunched up with opening and shuting of the phone its very easy to replace and change and with ebay you can find the cable for around 4 pounds inc postage if you need help opening the phone please email firstname.lastname@example.org i have had around 10 of these phones to fix and only 1 out of the 10 the screen needed replacing change the cable first its cheapest option! hope this helps all!
