Question about RIM BlackBerry ® 8830 Cellular Phone
Hi, the SIM wouldn't take, does anyone else have any activation problem?
Take the sim card and the device to the authorized dealer or service center, they can verify if the sim card is defective. If the sim card is not defective then it's the phone. The blackberries are like any other phone in this respect, if you have any cell phone with that provider, use it to test with. If it works with the test phone and lets you call a number, then the Blackberry is defective and get it replaced.
