Only if your TV has a button to "reset" everything back to factory defaults. Then you're still in trouble because you need the remote to program it all over again. Try buying a universal remote that's known to work with your TV model.
some times on the universal remote ther are more then 1 code that will work with your tv. some codes will only do some things try all the codes on the remote for that brand. you should find one that works for you with 3 remotes you have a better chance of getting the right one hope this helps you
The Television may be faulty, but without reading the manual I can't say for sure. If you want to risk spend some money to find out, here is a link to a website selling the remote control you require for the GF70-600 TV. I've not had any dealings with the company but you could always contact them to check your buying an original (OEM*) Grundig remote before you buy one.
Swich off tv from main swicher. Press i on remote control and hold it. Swicn on the tv from main swicher. On the screen should appear a service menu. Under decoder level with volume button from remote change from off to on. The same is with hotel mode for volume control. Exit the service menu by presing i on remote control and have a nice day!
