The PSP mainboard needs a microchip modification to allow palying of copied games and some movie DVD formats. There is no disk that can do this. Check your local paper or at a game shop as to who in your local area can do this modification.

I like to put 2 Games in my USB how to do it ?

Do what exactly, copy games from your pc to your usb and then attempt to play them? If so, it's not going to happen, the ps2 will only play games burned to disc, and if it's an illegal copy of a game, you would need a ps2 that has been modified to play burned games. If your talking about save files, you would need an adapter for you memory card to usb port and would have to move the data from your pc to the card.

Tip

How to play a laserburned disc.

We all know how much off a bummer it is if you're playing a game and it suddenly says your disc can't be read. You open the tray and there is a perfect ring around your disc. Well the good news is, you DO NOT have to purchase another copy. To play your game and the laserburned disc, obtain a flawless copy and install it to your hardrive (maybe a friend's or family member's copy). On the xbox 360, you install it to your hardrive by hitting the "x" button on the play disc screen and simply selecting "install to hardrive".... You can then give your friend their disc back and you should be able to play the game on your faulty disc.

My son's ps2 asks for a ps2 format disk and I'd like to know if there's a site where I can download it for free

Hi there, what your PS2 is actually asking for is a PS2 disc of the correct format, not a disc to format your PS2. Usual causes of this are :

1. Laser faulty or dirty discs.
2. Trying to play a copied game on an unmodified console.
3. Trying to play a copied game on a modified console where the copied game has been burnt to the incorrect disc type
4. Trying to play a disc from a different region, i.e a disc from the US will not play on a UK console.

Hope this helps

The xbox 360 will not read game discs or give me the option to play the game it only gives me the option to play a cd

Hi

By the problem you have described, i beleive you have a modded Xbox 360 used to play copied games, if yes you need to check what game are you playing.

If it is a latest game, then you would require a Wave 4 patch to play copied games on a modded Xbox 360, you can google on the web to find out the list of games that require wave 4 patch to run before you play the game on Xbox 360

What you need to do is first burn the Wave 4 patch on a Dual Layer DVD and load the game disc first and you would see "play CD" option, now take out the game disc and enter the Wave 4 patch disc you just burned and again you would see "play CD" option.

DO NOT PLAY the CD, just take it out again and re-insert your copied game CD in your Xbox 360 and you should be good to go.

5 minutes playing online keep giving me error message that the disk is dirty. i know it's not i played the same cd to another xbox console it's fine. what should i do or what's the problem...

Hi chrisastig
try to save the game you are playing to the hard drive so as to play from hard drive & not from the disk ! this is assuming you have enuf room on ur hard drive to copy the game to ??
You will still need to put the game in (even when playing from hard drive) but i find if its a game you play a lot its well worth doing as it saves on the disc drive/disc spinning whilst playing :-)
saves on overall usage of the xbox too !
If its ok reading the disc for the first 5 mins of usage it should be ok to copy to the hard drive to play from.
If there is a fault with the disc itself it will tell you when you try to copy it to the hard drive & if this is the case (& its a game you like/play a lot??) then try to borrow a copy just to put on ur hard drive only & use ur damaged disc as the 'required even if playing from hard drive' notification to the xbox that you do own the original copy !
Damaged discs are usually ok for 'playing from hard drive' as the information the xbox requires is very little but enuf for it to allow you to play the game (from the hard drive)
You will find it a lot quieter whilst playing anyway ! i think so !

hope this helps :-)

please remember thumbs up :-)

p.s. refer to ur xbox user manual or drop me a mail if you have any problems doing any of the above ??

I recetly got my x box 360 flashed with 1.61 iextreme and now it plays original x box 360 games fine but the backed up discs it comes with unreadable disc error and noisy grind and after number of attempts...

Hi

If you have flashed your xbox 360 with 1.61 firmware, have you got the Wave 4 patch disc, lot of currently released games need this disc to be run first before you run the copied games, you can check on google for the updated list of Wave 4 copy protection enabled games.

If you face problem with all copied game discs, even for older ones like Gears of War 2, Halo 3 etc then you should get the drive checked with the person from whom you have got your Xbox 360 modded

Hwhat does it mean when it wont read one game but will read another

it means the one that wont read is scratched, dirty or defective, my advice is to clean it if its dirty, get a cd repair kit if its scratched or take it back if its defective.

Playstation 2 won't play DVDs

if it's a fat PS2 and
model SCPH 30001, SCPH 35001
(not including the models with an 'R' after the model #.

these models need the following to play DVDs:
- PS2 DVD remote with IR unit
- PS2 DVD disc player (sold with DVD remote w/ IR unit)
- PS2 memory card

you copied the DVD disc to the memory card. you used the memory card to play DVDs.

later models didn't need the memory card to play DVDs.

hope this helps :D

Asking please insert format disc when trying to play a new game

The game you have is not being recognized by your ps2, you need to make sure that your ps2 is modifed to be able to play ALL ps2 games through out the world. Or if your ps2 is modified already then its a bad disc copy.
