Miele cva 620 coffee too cold

in my miele cva 620 the coffee temperature is too cold. I know this is solvable by reprogramming the termperature output. how do i enter the service menu for this? does anyone have a service manual for the machine, the repairs cost a furtune every time somebody from miele is comming
