Vidieo input 1 d-sub no singal

sounds like you may have the digital plug attachment to monitor/pc and your pc is not using digital or the settings on monitor is digital but you pc is analog. sometimes the pc cannot send the correct digital signal so you must use the analog plug cord(serial) a blue plug with a odd shape, one end wider than the other. i seem to remember the message you displayed coming up when a friend tried to connect digitally to his monitor but his pc could only send an analog signal so he had to use the other plug hook up. hope that this makes sense.
your monitor may be too new for your pc or vise versa.

My hp photosmart C4700 singals out of paper when the paper tray is full

Check the paper tray for a bent or broken sensor switch. E-mail manufacture or call on phone to have them walk you thru this.

Power Supply

Hi,

If you are not getting even the Motherboard boot singal, then, its a power card issue. Please check the power cable to the monitor.

How to connect pc to tv what do ineed or have to do

You have 2 options:

1) Buy a video card that has either RCA video output or HDMI output (depends what kind of connector your has). This is much cheaper, might cost about $20 or up.
OR
2) Buy an external USB video device that will destribute the singal to TV output, but it costs from $59 to $125.
