Recovery from mistaken deletion of ALL images

If I mistakenly deleted 350 images on my Cyber-Shot (leaving only the 1st 2), is there ANY way to recover them from the memory stik? (They're critical for my work. It's worth asking before I despair. . . .)

Hi-

Normally memory sticks has/ will save a temporary file of your documents, but you need a software to recover it though. If you have reformated the flash drive chances is you can't restore it. Some other softwares can restore it though, go to this link for the SOFTWARES

Hope this helps

My DCIM folder is showing how can i get the pictures, that i mistakenly deleted the folder..pls help me

If you are using a memory card, take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that are available to help you recover your photos. This blog article reviews and outlines several of the better ones.

Camera Image Recovery Software

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Here's a good tutorial you can follow

My son mistakenly deleted his pics from his Kodak EasyShare M1033. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Yes, but you will need to purchase a "Rescue" program such as Rescue - Pro, this enables you to search a camera memory card, and retrieve the last images taken.  Beware however that if your son has taken more photos after the ones he deleted then the "Rescue" software may have trouble.
The best option is to withdraw the camera card from use until you have used the "Rescue" software, to prevent corruption to the image files. These programs are available for down load off the web, at very reasonable prices, or maybe available when purchased with a high end memory card, such as San Disk Extreme IV Series Cards.
Hope this helps Ian

Calm. The deleted image can be obtained again, as long as memory is not broken. It can use recovery software, like recover my file or any other the similar.

You need to use a card reader either one already in your computer (some have one, some don't). Or buy an external USB card reader. They are around $2 on Amazon.
